上官新晨 理学博士、教授、博士生导师，江西农业大学副校长，省第十二届人大常委，享受国务院特殊津贴专家，中国农业工程学会农产品加工与贮藏分会副理事长、江西省食品科学技术学会副会长、江西省食品工业协会名誉副会长，江西省主要学科学术带头人、赣鄱英才“555”工程领军人才、江西省高等学校中青年学科带头人、江西农业大学食品科学与工程学科带头人、《农业工程学报》编委等。主持国家自然科学基金、国家支撑计划、农业科技成果转化、国家星火等国家和省部级项目10余项，获得省级鉴定科研成果6项，获江西省科技进步二等奖1项、江西省高校教学、优秀科技成果一、二等奖多项；获得国家发明专利3项；发表论文100余篇。先后主编了《果蔬加工学》（面向二十一世纪高校教材）、《食品质量与安全》、《大米精深加工技术》和《农产品加工》等著作六部。
  Prof. Dr. Xin-Chen Shangguan
  Dr. Xin-Chen Shangguan is working as a vice president and professor in Jiangxi Agricultural University as well as the director of the Jiangxi key laboratory of natural products and functional foods. He is a member of 12th Jiangxi provincial People's Congress, a vice director of Chinese Society for Processing and Storage of Agro-products, a vice director of Jiangxi institute of Food Science and Technology, an academic leader of major discipline of Jiangxi province as well as an expert who receives the especial allowance granted by the State Council to the scholars for their outstanding contributions. So far, he has played a leading role in more than 10 scientific and technological projects sponsored by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Science and Technology Support Projects sponsored by the Ministry of Science & Technology, national spark plan projects, and so on. He has won several scientific awards from Jiangxi province, including 1 second prizes of the Jiangxi Science and Technology Progress Award. Moreover, he has won 3 state invention patents, published more than 100 papers and edited 6 books.
